Requirements

  • You likely have 3+ years of experience in digital environment with experience in a growth / marketing
  • You likely have a Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics)
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Knowledge of performance marketing analysis including Google and Meta
  • Knowledge of web analytics platforms and tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Proven ability to drive impact and actionable marketing insights
  • Solid understanding of business operations and key performance metrics
  • Highly developed interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong demonstrated alignment to Envatoโ€™s values

Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing performance data across multiple marketing channels
  • Advanced Data Manipulation: Extract, manipulate, and analyze large, complex datasets to uncover insights and trends
  • Exploratory Analysis: Conduct exploratory analysis to identify new opportunities for improvement in acquisition and brand awareness
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain regular reports to track performance, highlight key trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Campaign Performance: Analyse results of campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives, presenting key findings and improvement areas to stakeholders
  • Customer Behavior Modeling: Assist with modeling and validating customer behavior (e.g., propensity, churn, LTV) to guide growth strategies
  • Documentation and Training: Document analysis methodologies and help stakeholders interpret and use reports effectively
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to gather analytics requirements and support data-driven decision-making across projects and initiatives
