Summary

Join our team as a Growth Analyst and create and operationalize business strategy, identify areas for future growth, drive projects forward, and ensure smooth implementation by different stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree, in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a similar quantitative business degree with strong academic achievement
  • At least two years of relevant experience in strategy, finance, or business operations functions; experience at an investment bank or management consulting firm a bonus
  • Truly outstanding problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems, turn both quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights with solutions
  • Expert knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Experience working with SQL
  • Excellent presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and a track record of designing presentations for senior leadership to help drive cross-functional alignment
  • Strong project management, execution, and change management skills, with experience driving cross-functional projects over the finish line in tight timelines
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership; capable of seeking information, solving complex problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
  • Growth mindset with a strong appetite for professional development

Responsibilities

  • Develop & analyze KPIs, track sales pipeline performance, and optimize funnel conversion
  • Scrape & analyze databases to size & qualify our total addressable market in each vertical
  • Build a headcount forecast of the number of salespeople needed by vertical and create territories for the team
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams, including the designing & launching of growth experiments across verticals
  • Identify hotspots in the business that require intervention and proactively investigate, strategize, and implement solutions with the relevant leaders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with go-to-market and/or sales teams
  • Ability to build internal & executive-facing dashboards measuring KPIs with Looker or Tableau
  • Familiarity with ETL tools such as Fivetran
  • Experience working with online data warehouses such as BigQuery
  • Experience building LLM-Based products
