Growth Associate

Summary

Join Definity First's remote team in Mexico as a proactive Growth Associate. Collaborate with the CEO and various teams (sales, marketing, finance) to drive project progress and operational efficiency. This role demands strong organizational skills, initiative, and adaptability. You will assist in task tracking, communication, and problem-solving, supporting documentation and internal reporting. The ideal candidate possesses 1–3 years of experience in coordination, support, or operations, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a role focused on coordination, support, operations, or execution (e.g., operations, customer success, marketing support, logistics, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable taking initiative, learning independently, and adapting to new tools and tasks
• Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to collaborate across departments and align on shared goals
• Fluent in English (minimum 90% proficiency)
• Familiarity with collaboration and task management tools such as Slack, JIRA
• Basic understanding of business operations, financial concepts (e.g., budgets, margins), and/or project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Engineering, Marketing, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and tracking tasks, deliverables, and project timelines
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication
• Monitor progress, anticipate roadblocks, and help resolve them early
• Support documentation efforts such as status updates and internal reporting
• Participate in team meetings and follow up on action items
• Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute ideas and help improve workflows across departments
