Summary
Join Tailscale's growing team as a full-time Product Engineer and contribute to the development of our innovative networking product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, from UX/UI designers and product managers to marketing and revenue teams, to shape product features and drive user growth. This role involves the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategic decision-making to coding and measuring experiments. We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong product mindset, backend and client development experience, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- Demonstrate a strong track record of working with a product mindset and influencing product strategy
- Possess experience with backend and client development

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and other engineers
- Contribute creative ideas for product features
- Develop Tailscale product features collaboratively
- Conduct and participate in the code review process
- Enhance product quality and maintainability
- Influence roadmap with technical insights
- Create technical prototypes for potential features
- Incorporate user feedback and insights into the development process
