Join Booksy as a Growth Hacker and drive local growth, build community, and amplify our brand in the United States. Working closely with the Director of US Marketing, you will design and implement growth activities to increase acquisition, user engagement, and revenue. You will leverage various marketing channels and customer touchpoints to achieve rapid local marketplace growth. You will identify new growth opportunities and lead innovative local marketing campaigns, sharing best practices across teams and markets. Success in this role requires demonstrable experience in growth hacking and proficiency in various digital marketing tools. A strong analytical mindset, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of local culture are essential.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in growth hacking, performance marketing, or growth-focused roles, preferably in marketplaces, SaaS, or wellness/beauty industries
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), A/B testing platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Iterable), social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meltwater) and Outbound Sales tools (Outreach, Salesloft, auto/predictive dialers) and social media automation (Phantombuster, ManyChat)
- Strong analytical mindset: Ability to dive deep into data to track, measure, and optimize campaigns. A/B testing, cohort analysis, and understanding key metrics like CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value) are essential
- Creative and Innovative Thinking: You thrive on pushing boundaries and are not afraid to experiment with new, creative approaches to growth. Ability to think outside the box while keeping a strong focus on results. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work independently. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Deep understanding of local culture(s), trends, and behavior in the wellness space. Ability to adapt global marketing strategies to the local market
Responsibilities
- Design and implement growth activities that incrementally drive acquisition, user engagement, and marketplace revenue growth within core cities in the US
- Leverage a range of unconventional, low-cost, and scalable tactics across various marketing channels and customer touchpoints to rapidly grow the marketplace locally
- Identify new growth opportunities and lead the delivery of innovative local marketing campaigns
- Seek and share best practices across peers, teams, and markets
