Requirements

• Native Portuguese, advanced in English
• Minimum 4 years experience in the area of ​​analysis/business intelligence
• Highly structured: can breakdown very complex problems into manageable, less complex, pieces and work on them
• Self-organized person that can drive own workstreams
• Excellent problem solving abilities and ability to drive insight from data
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to different audiences and influence other
• Deal with high amount of data (SQL, Alteryx, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Analyze main KPIs’ performance in volume and efficiency - in business, city, channel and campaign granularities - to ensure goals achievements
• Collect and analyze internal and external data to monitor market and competitors performance
• Develop frameworks/analysis to support decision making process within Growth team
• Execute diagnostics to recommend growth and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) reduction levers
• Own growth funnel characteristics to support stakeholders and leadership doubts
• Present conversion funnel improvement opportunities to main stakeholders (marketing, product, and operations)
• Support growth initiatives short-term and mid-term strategy planning
