Requirements

• Highly structured thinking: can break down very complex problems into manageable, less complex pieces and work on them
• Self-organized person that can drive their own workstreams
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to drive insights from data
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to different audiences and influence others
• Deal with a high amount of data (SQL, Alteryx, Excel, etc.) (mandatory)
• Business vision (participation in action plan discussions, initiatives)

Responsibilities

• Support short and medium-term supply planning from both tactical and strategic perspectives
• Conduct diagnostics to recommend growth levers and CAC reduction
• Analyze the main KPIs’ performance in volume and efficiency—in business, city, channel, and campaign granularities—to ensure goals achievements
• Present improvement opportunities throughout the conversion funnel to key stakeholders (marketing, product, and operations)
• Develop frameworks/analyses to support the decision-making process within Growth
• Collect and analyze internal and external data to monitor market and competitors’ performance
• Own growth funnel characteristics to support stakeholders and leadership doubts
• Support short-term and mid-term strategy planning for growth initiatives
