Summary

Join Cut+Dry, a rapidly growing FoodTech company, as our Growth Manager and drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth across customer segments. Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to design and execute data-driven growth strategies. This high-impact role offers significant visibility and advancement opportunities. You will develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies, optimize the customer acquisition funnel, and collaborate with product and engineering on growth experiments. Analyzing user behavior, managing paid media campaigns, and building dashboards to track KPIs are also key responsibilities. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in growth marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and SQL
  • Experience running A/B tests and growth experiments
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to drive qualified leads and conversions
  • Own and optimize the customer acquisition funnel, from awareness to activation
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to implement growth experiments and improve onboarding flows
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and SEO initiatives
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and report on growth metrics
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging
  • Partner with sales to align lead generation efforts with pipeline goals
  • Test and iterate on pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the foodservice industry is a plus but not required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation

Benefits

  • Compensation range for this role is between $120K-$150K with a 15% annual target bonus
