Join Quizizz as the Growth Manager for Canada and lead efforts to expand our presence in the Canadian market. Requirements

  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as an educator and/or with edtech marketing, business development, community management, sales, or a related role
  • Deep knowledge of the Canadian education system, teaching practices, and the specific challenges and opportunities within the Canadian market
  • Existing network and relationships with educators and schools and ability to further build and nurture such relationships through hands on engagement and effort
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of developing and executing growth strategies
  • Strong bias for action and a drive to constantly experiment and identify opportunities would be critical
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management to drive growth initiatives
  • A passion for the field of education and a strong commitment to enhancing the learning experience for students and educators alike
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency, to effectively represent Quizizz on various forums and engage with diverse stakeholders, both offline and online
  • Ability to build and nurture communities, both online and offline
  • Experience with content creation, event planning etc

Responsibilities

  • Driving Quizizz awareness, business development, monetization and customer success
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at a school level to promote Quizizz as a valuable teaching and learning tool
  • Collaborate with schools to understand their needs and drive back feedback to product and marketing teams
  • Leverage relationships and market knowledge to drive awareness, trials and eventual monetization
  • Ensure great customer experience and customer success throughout the customer and user journey to build long-standing relationships
  • Foster a vibrant community of teachers by attracting, onboarding, and engaging educators from the K-12 space
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among teachers to share best practices and success stories and establish Quizizz as a valuable resource for educators
  • Engage with influencers and the overall teaching community across forums to promote Quizizz and convey its value
  • Work with the Quizizz communications team to leverage social media for community initiatives
  • Create and curate content, resources, and organize events - both online and offline that promote teachers integrating Quizizz into their teaching practices
  • Represent Quizizz on relevant education forums, conferences, webinars and other thought leadership events in Canada
  • Present Quizizz's vision, products, and value proposition to educators and stakeholders to establish Quizizz as a leader in the edtech space
