Growth Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, content growth, or business development, ideally in web3
• Proven track record of executing successful growth campaigns focused on user and revenue metrics
• Deep understanding of the web3/blockchain ecosystem, especially DeFi and DEX platforms
• Strong familiarity with the NEA market landscape, user behavior, and key community channels
• Hands-on experience working with KOLs/influencers and analyzing performance data
• Some fluency in English is required; fluency in a local NEA language is a strong plus
• Highly motivated, data-driven, and results-oriented
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Responsibilities

• Lead KOL/influencer marketing initiatives, including planning, execution, and performance analysis
• Manage influencer relationships and executing data-driven KOL strategies
• Launch and scaling regional growth campaigns to drive adoption and revenue for web3/DEX products
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies that contribute to user acquisition and retention
• Build brand awareness across NEA markets through influencer programs and strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to localize and optimize campaigns for market fit
