Growth Marketing Associate

Summary

Join Ava Labs, a world-class blockchain development team, as a Growth Marketing Associate. This hands-on role focuses on supporting partner launches across various verticals within the Avalanche ecosystem. You will collaborate with partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to execute go-to-market campaigns encompassing content, social media, community engagement, and PR. The position requires project management, content creation, cross-team coordination, and campaign result tracking. This junior role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a desire for rapid growth in Web3 marketing. Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, partner success, or product/project coordination — ideally in crypto, tech, or startups
• Working knowledge of crypto/Web3 (DeFi, NFTs, L1s/L2s, wallets, etc.)
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear communication skills — both written and verbal
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow quickly in a high-output environment
• Comfort managing multiple workstreams and timelines in parallel

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of go-to-market plans for partner launches (DeFi, consumer, institutional, enterprise, etc.)
• Project manage timelines, asset development, approvals, and campaign logistics
• Assist in the creation of content and messaging (blogs, social posts, talking points, emails)
• Help coordinate with PR, social, and community teams to ensure aligned rollout
• Track campaign results, surface insights, and compile post-launch summaries
• Manage internal tools and trackers (e.g., Notion, Sheets) to keep campaigns organized
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with business development, PR, and product marketing
• Provide day-to-day support to the Growth Marketing team leads as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like Notion, Figma, GSheets, and/or basic design or copywriting skills

Benefits

Salary Range: $86,262 to $107,827
