Join nXscale as an Associate Growth Marketer and manage a crypto market platform's social media presence across various platforms like X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will independently lead social media strategies, create engaging content, and execute user campaigns. This role requires collaboration with internal and external teams, staying updated on crypto and marketing trends, and analyzing performance data. The ideal candidate possesses 3–6 months of marketing experience, basic knowledge of marketing tools, a strong interest in crypto, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing social media channels, creating content, increasing digital visibility, executing marketing campaigns, monitoring crypto trends, maintaining documentation, reporting on key metrics, and collaborating with teams. This is a fast-paced environment requiring agility and a proactive approach.

Requirements

• 3–6 months of experience or internship in marketing, with interest in areas like social media, content, or digital PR
• Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma, Google Analytics, GSheets)
• Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, or financial markets
• Proactive, eager to learn, and quick to apply new skills
• Detail-oriented with high standards for quality
• Data-driven but open to feedback and collaboration
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to see projects through
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage our client’s social channels end-to-end
• Create and repurpose engaging content aligned with brand voice
• Increase digital visibility and community engagement
• Execute marketing campaigns and product launches
• Monitor crypto trends and integrate them into content
• Maintain social media playbooks and documentation
• Report on key performance metrics and apply insights
• Collaborate with internal teams and external freelancers
