Summary

Fabric is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to execute marketing campaigns end-to-end, manage relationships with internal and external teams, optimize paid advertising, track campaign performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and improve operational processes. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of hands-on experience in paid acquisition channels, strong analytical capabilities, superior Excel skills, customer empathy, clean communication, a solutions-driven mindset, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience executing campaigns across paid acquisition channels
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Superior Excel skills including experience using pivot tables and index match
  • Customer empathy and the ability to walk in the shoes of our target audience
  • Clean and concise verbal/written communication
  • Solutions-driven mindset with a drive to continuously test and learn to improve both campaign performance and your own
  • Strong work ethic; an independent worker comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Manage relationships with internal product and creative teams, external agencies, and Compliance
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns across search, social, affiliates, and other relevant channels
  • Track and report marketing campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategy with overall business goals
  • Establish and continually improve processes to ensure operational campaign efficiency and timely execution
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify and act on opportunities for growth and expansion
