Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Customer facing roles, for example, Account Management, or Sales in an enterprise software or SaaS environment
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the beauty, wellness, and fitness industry
  • Experience in upselling or cross-selling environments
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting, meeting, or exceeding targets
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and other sales productivity tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outreach to engage Vagaro customers, identify business needs and upsell relevant opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of Vagaro's products, services, and value proposition to effectively articulate them to potential clients
  • Present and promote additional products or services that align with clients' business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align upselling efforts, understand target accounts, coordinate outreach efforts, and strategize on the best approach for conversion
  • Monitor and track upselling opportunities through various stages of the pipeline
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in Salesforce
  • Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to enhance prospecting strategies and knowledge of the target market
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes, messaging, and lead generation tactics
