Requirements

  • Experience continuously improving relevant metrics, including open rates and conversion rates
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, content, marketing ops, and product marketing teams

Responsibilities

  • Own audience segmentation and always-on email nurture strategy
  • Support product-led growth initiatives leveraging product usage signals to develop a nurture and communication strategy to increase product adoption and identify high-value accounts
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities (across chat and email) and conduct experiments that increase lifecycle performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Own customer journey map and execute campaigns to improve and accelerate journeys
  • Build personalized chat flows on marketing website to engage and nurture website visitors
  • Report and analyze lifecycle campaign performance and offer insights for ongoing optimization
  • Develop and support new acquisition (chat, email), re-activation, and referral campaigns
