The job is for a Growth Partnerships & Influence Manager at Joko, a shopping app and smart browser company based in Paris. The role involves identifying, mapping, and building partnerships to drive user growth, defining strategies for each type of partnership, creating an ambassador community, and monitoring performance to iterate on the strategy.

Requirements

• Location: You are located in Paris
• Experience: You have 2-5 years of experience, ideally including external partnerships
• Languages: You are fluent in French (because our partners would mostly be French for now) and English (as our team is international), both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, and get in touch with relevant players of all kinds (blog owners, social media groups, communities, influencers etc.) to grow Joko’s user base and/or boost awareness
• Define the strategy for each type of partnership by clearly identifying the objective of each partnership and defining the right approach and economic model to fulfill this objective
• Build our partnership internal stack working hand-in-hand with Product and Business Operations teams to make sure we have the right tools to implement the defined strategy
• Build and manage relationships with partners, making sure they are always aware of our latest news and motivated to promote Joko
• Monitor the performance and iterate on our strategy based on analyses, business seasonality, and company objectives
• Collaborate closely with the Brand & Communication team on partnerships aimed at boosting Joko’s brand awareness and on all content creation that may be needed for partnerships
