Summary

Betr is seeking a Retention Intern for Fall 2024 to help the retention team execute its daily promotions strategy in Miami, Florida. The intern will maintain an internal database of promotional details, track KPIs, manage user-facing promotions hub, contribute promotion and campaign ideas, and assist with various projects as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, analytics, data science, or a related-field (Junior or Senior)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Passionate about the sports gaming industry
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with Excel
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Self-motivated and able to drive initiatives from end-to-end
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends depending on the sports calendar
• Excellent organizational skills, the ability to be flexible, & prioritize responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Maintain an internal database of promotional details for company-wide transparency
• Track and analyze KPIs for campaigns and promotions
• Help manage the user-facing promotions hub by uploading promotions and campaigns to the correct user segments
• Contribute promotion and campaign ideas to drive user retention
• Assist retention and growth team with various projects as needed
