Growth Strategy

Summary

Join Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, and help democratize access to cultural experiences. As a Growth Manager, you will enhance company performance in Portuguese-speaking markets, define new strategies to boost performance, and create and manage new projects. You will work across different markets and report to global growth managers. This role requires an engineering or analytical background, at least 3 years of experience in analytics, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Requirements

• You have an Engineering bachelor's (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or a Maths / Statistics / Data Analytics / Strategy background
• At least 3 years of experience in an analytics role
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Generate high business impact based on your decisions
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a strong bias toward data-based decision
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines departments and business cases
• Advanced level of English and Portuguese speaker . Other languages are a plus
• Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker

Responsibilities

• Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments that work in the Portuguese-speaking market
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills
• End-to-end solutions with daily high impact
• Create, develop, and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth
• Work with people and projects across different markets, with a special focus on the Portuguese-speaking market, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)
• Report directly to global growth managers

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)
