Senior Growth Strategy Manager

You will lead the growth of the business in the region and take part in the exponential growth of Fever. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in business analytics, managing teams. Excellent interpersonal skills and a data-driven approach are essential.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy
• At least +8 years experience in a business analytics role and proven to have managed teams
• A high level of English
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Generate high business impact based on your decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases

Responsibilities

• Lead the Argentina Headquarters and focus on the American markets
• Create and develop a whole team of growth that will support the business in the region
• Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development
• Being a Growth Manager at Fever means fully owning the results, evolution, goals, and strategic decisions within a specific business line
• Take part in the exponential growth of fever by taking the lead on global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry
• Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments which work together in the creation of new plans and events
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills
• Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish is a plus
• Experience working with the North American market is a plus
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
• Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)
• Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker
