As a Growth Manager, you will enhance company performance across different business departments in the Portuguese-speaking market. You will define and establish new strategies to increase performance, create and manage new projects, and work with people and projects across different markets. You will report directly to global growth managers. Fever offers a great work environment with a young, international team and various benefits. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in an analytics role, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required.

Requirements

• You have an Engineering bachelor's (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or a Maths / Statistics / Data Analytics / Strategy background
• At least 3 years of experience in an analytics role
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Generate high business impact based on your decisions
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a strong bias toward data-based decision
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines departments and business cases
• Proficient level of English and Portuguese speaker . Other languages are a plus
• Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker

Responsibilities

• Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments that work in the Portuguese-speaking market
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills
• End-to-end solutions with daily high impact
• Create, develop, and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth
• Work with people and projects across different markets, with a special focus on the Portuguese-speaking market, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)
• Report directly to global growth managers

Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)
