Join SaaS Academy's world-class coaching network as a Strategic Coach and help B2B SaaS founders scale their businesses. This fractional, fully remote role allows you to leverage your expertise while maintaining autonomy. You will lead 1:1 coaching sessions, build annual visions and quarterly game plans, review progress, and collaborate with Client Success Managers. The ideal candidate has direct experience coaching SaaS founders, 5+ years in SaaS, and a strong executive presence. Requirements
- Direct experience coaching SaaS founders (not just execs)
- 5+ years in SaaSβdeep understanding of metrics, GTM, org design, etc
- Strong executive presence and client rapport
- Strong understanding of business strategy (in the B2B SaaS space is a plus)
- Must reside in the U.S. or Canada
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic 1:1 Zoom coaching sessions with SaaS founders
- Build Annual Visions and Quarterly Game plans
- Review progress in structured retrospectives
- Commit ~15β20 hours/month for coaching
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure client success
- Contribute insights to refine our playbooks and curriculum
Preferred Qualifications
- Thought leadership or strong personal brand in SaaS is a plus
- Current/former SaaS Founder, Co-Founder, or Fractional Exec
- VP or Director in SaaS (Ops, RevOps, Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance)
- Startup advisor, board member, or VC operaton
