Join Wrapbook, a leading production payroll and accounting platform, as a GTM Insights & Analytics Manager. This remote position, based in the USA or Canada, involves defining and standardizing core GTM performance metrics, conducting deep-dive analyses, building dashboards, and providing insights to drive growth and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with GTM teams, Data Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity, uncover growth opportunities, and empower teams with data-driven decision-making. Requirements

  • 5+ years in business analytics, strategy, or operations roles within high-growth B2B SaaS or similar companies
  • Demonstrated understanding of business performance drivers and ability to diagnose GTM challenges through data
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience in analytics)
  • Able to independently manipulate large datasets in SQL and Excel
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g. Omni, Looker) to build dashboards and reports
  • Ability to present data in a visually compelling way for various audiences
  • Familiarity with GTM systems and data sources including Salesforce, Marketo, and Gainsight and how to model their data for analytics
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment using data
  • Self-starter who excels in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects at once

Responsibilities

  • Define and standardize core GTM performance metrics, establishing a โ€data dictionaryโ€ of key filters, metrics, and terms for Sales, Marketing, and Client Operations data
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across our systems and act as a champion for data governance within GTM teams
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify key drivers of revenue growth, conversion, and customer retention
  • Identify trends and outliers to provide actionable insights that drive growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Design, build, and maintain robust dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into GTM funnel, campaign performance, and customer health KPIs
  • Provide insights and recommendations to guide decision-making and support new initiatives, including GTM target setting (Sales and Marketing), hiring goals, help improve forecasting models to increase predictive accuracy
  • Work closely with Data Engineering to ensure relevant GTM data (from Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, etc.) is captured and modeled correctly
  • Partner with GTM team members to support ad-hoc requests and deep dives
  • Enable a self-service analytics culture by driving adoption of our our BI tools and core dashboards to make insights consistent and accessible
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our go-to-market motions and work with Sales, Marketing, Client Operations, Finance, and Product teams to execute high-impact projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python) for data analysis or automation is a plus
