Summary

Join Droids On Roids as their data-driven Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager to spearhead lead generation and marketing efforts. You will leverage analytics, technical SEO, marketing automation, and potentially paid campaigns to enhance the marketing engine and attract high-quality leads. Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager, Sales team, and Developers to lead technical SEO, build marketing dashboards, and automate data flows. The role involves optimizing paid campaigns, managing tracking setups, and experimenting with landing page variants. You will also contribute to growth brainstorming and planning meetings, suggesting new channels and tactics to support strategic marketing goals. This position requires a deep understanding of GA4, SEO, and Google Ads, along with experience in technical marketing tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving traffic and leads.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Deep understanding of GA4, SEO, Google Ads and performance optimization
  • Experience with technical marketing tools: GTM, WordPress CMS, CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus), Marketing Automation (Zapier, ActiveCampaign)
  • Proven track record of driving traffic and leads via both organic and paid methods
  • Analytical mindset with excellent reporting capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (at least C1 level)
  • Experience in working in a remote-first environment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and evolve our marketing analytics stack as a single source of truth
  • Build custom dashboards and reporting workflows (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests, identify actionable insights, and suggest improvements
  • Implement automated dataflows between key systems (GA4, CMS, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Prepare performance summaries and growth reports for the team
  • Own keyword research, content mapping, and on-page SEO planning
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing Manager on identifying relevant topics for our blog
  • Work with developers to implement best practices in technical SEO
  • Create or guide the production of high-impact SEO content: blogs, landing pages, guides, case studies
  • Use Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and other tools to report on performance and continuously test, iterate, and scale what works
  • Stay updated about the fast-changing LLM/AI landscape and how it affects SEO
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn
  • Manage tracking setups (e.g., GA4, GTM, Salesforce, WordPress CMS)
  • Leverage automation and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance
  • Stay ahead of changes in algorithms and trends in digital performance marketing
  • Experiment with landing page variants, funnels, and conversion paths
  • Work closely with our Content Marketing Manager, developers, and sales team
  • Participate in growth brainstorming and planning meetings
  • Suggest new channels, tools, or tactics to support our strategic marketing goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with marketing in a software development / tech environment
  • Knowledge of CRO or website experimentation platforms
