Join Stripe's Go to Market (GTM) Planning and Operations team as a GTM Operations Territory Lead. You will be responsible for improving the quality of sales analytics and insights, focusing on supporting territories design for various teams and target allocation modeling. The role involves designing and executing territory operations, managing projects and processes, building and maintaining centralized data tools, and improving documentation for efficient execution. You will also oversee the implementation of enabling systems and tools. This position requires a technically sophisticated and detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical background and experience in business operations. Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience in business or sales operations, finance, data science, or business analytics
- Intermediate SQL and Excel modeling experience
- Experience initiating and completing analytical projects with minimal guidance, taking a structured approach to solving unique business problems
- Prior experience with Territory design, quota deployment, and process improvement
- Experience presenting technical content to non-technical audiences and leadership
- Has a “roll up your sleeves” mentality, is pragmatic problem solver, with a bias to action and “getting things done”, and is passionate about driving business outcomes and change at the ground level
Responsibilities
- GTM Planning: design and execute on a standard cadence of territory operations which drive future changes and process improvements for the GTM organization
- Program and process management: independently develop and manage projects, programs, processes, and documentation to support key stakeholders and core operational planning processes
- Scalable insight: conceptualize, build, manage and maintain centralized tools (including dashboards) that the business, your team, and cross-functional teams can use to extract data / insights for daily business management in an automated manner
- Productivity and resource management: improve documentation and process to ensure efficient and effective execution
- Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams to ensure quality builds at scale
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of Salesforce data management, system configuration mechanics, and experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Experience with Anaplan for Headcount Management, Territories, Quota, or Productivity
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
