Summary
Join CrowdRiff's Strategy & Operations team as a GTM Technology & Insights Analyst to enhance the effectiveness of Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and reporting. You will be a key partner in maintaining and improving our tech stack and creating insightful reports and dashboards to guide decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role involves supporting the Revenue Technology Analyst, optimizing the GTM tech stack, bridging business teams and systems, and developing reports and dashboards using SQL and BI tools. You will deliver insights to stakeholders, participate in tool evaluations and training, and document processes. Requirements
- 2β4 years of experience working with GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.) in a revenue operations, systems admin, or technology analyst capacity
- Experience with data warehouse environments (e.g., BigQuery) is required
- Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with relational databases for reporting and data validation
- Experience building reports and dashboards for business users (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and integrating customer data across systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
Responsibilities
- Support the Revenue Technology Analyst in day-to-day administration, configuration, and enhancement of GTM systems
- Help maintain and optimize the GTM tech stack, ensuring platforms are integrated and aligned to business goals
- Bring deep familiarity with a variety of sales, marketing, and customer success tools and apply best practices to configuration and use
- Act as a bridge between business teams and systems, supporting cross-functional needs with timely and accurate solutions
- Design and develop operational and strategic reports, dashboards, and data models using SQL and BI tools
- Deliver insights and reporting for GTM stakeholders at all levels, from frontline reps to senior leadership
- Participate in tool evaluations, system implementations, and user training
- Document processes, configurations, and data logic for internal knowledge sharing
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience building and optimizing tech stack systems in fast moving start ups
- Prior experience supporting high-growth SaaS or startup teams
- Knowledge of data governance and RevOps best practices
