This strategic role involves defining the product marketing strategy, owning messaging, positioning, pricing, packaging, and product launch strategies across the global team. The ideal candidate is a proven product marketing leader with extensive B2B SaaS experience, exceptional cross-functional influence, and a track record of success in competitive markets. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure product differentiation, effective launches, and adoption by the right customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within a high-growth SaaS company, ideally in the learning technology or learning and development industry
- Proven success in creating and executing high-impact go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Extensive experience in market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning within a B2B context
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
- A passion for learning and development, with a deep understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and market dynamics
- You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both the big picture and the day-to-day details
- You excel in driving alignment across teams and have a strong ability to influence senior leadership
- Your expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and positioning allows you to develop clear, actionable strategies
- You possess excellent communication skills and a passion for the learning and development space, and you are adept at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
- You are also intellectually curious and forward-thinking, with a working knowledge of how AI is transforming enterprise software—including its implications for go-to-market messaging, buyer expectations, and product positioning
- You’ve either marketed AI-native products or leveraged AI in your own marketing operations, and you’re excited to help Docebo define the future of AI-powered learning
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
Responsibilities
- Global GTM Strategy & Execution: Help lead the company’s go-to-market planning and execution across five different regions for new products, feature launches, and platform enhancements
- Positioning, Messaging, and Storytelling: Define and evolve our platform narrative, positioning, and messaging frameworks to drive clarity, differentiation, and resonance with target buyers
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy: Own competitive and market intelligence. Lead initiatives that surface customer insights, track competitor moves, and inform product strategy
- Pricing & Packaging: Partner with Product, RevOps, and Finance to shape pricing and packaging strategies that align with buyer value and drive growth across segments
- Enablement & Content Strategy: Oversee content strategy for product marketing, creating value-based sales assets, battlecards, pitch decks, case studies, and more
- Voice of the Market & Analyst Relations: Act as a strategic voice of the customer and market across the business. Lead relationships with industry analysts to influence market perception and amplify our platform vision
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team: Guide and develop a team of product marketing managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
