Requirements
- Experience in Product Operations or within a SaaS environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgement and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
- Enjoy working in a high-growth, performance and deadline driven environment
- Results-oriented, with attention to detail and can prioritize multiple objectives and projects
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of monthly product and cyber releases, including coordinating with Enablement and GTM teams
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing planning, development and launch processes
- Collect, analyze, and interpret product and cyber delivery data to identify trends and actionable insights
- Work closely with our Product Operations Analyst to exchange and analyse data to ensure a successful product organisation
- Act as a liaison between product, engineering and cyber and our GTM teams to ensure alignment on prioritisation and delivery of product and cyber features
- Administer and maintain product operations tools and systems (e.g., project management software, analytics platforms, feedback tools)
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve product operations as appropriate
- Ensure data integrity across multiple systems
- Work closely with our UX Researcher to gather, organize, and analyze customer feedback from various sources and distribute customer insights to relevant teams to inform product decisions
- Assist Product Marketing and PMs and SMEs in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
- Work closely with the Product Operations Lead and Cyber Engineering Managers to plan and deliver ad hoc projects such as systems migrations and security initiatives
- Help to ensure that PMs and SMEs have the information that they need to make good decisions
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Jira and Productboard would be advantageous
