Guidewire Developer

Summary

Join Xebia, a global leader in digital solutions, and become a key member of a large Guidewire ClaimCenter and ContactManager team in Sweden. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and integrate Guidewire solutions, building robust and scalable insurance claims features. This role requires 3+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter experience, strong GOSU proficiency, and expertise in messaging and integration development. A proven track record in DevOps and CI/CD for Guidewire applications is essential, along with excellent communication skills. Relocation to Sweden is required after a 6-month period. The ideal candidate will also possess experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and knowledge of ACE or configuration best practices.

Requirements

• Be willing to relocate to Sweden, joining client after 6 months
• Have 3+ years of experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter (CC)
• Have familiarity with Guidewire ContactManager (CM) and its integration with CC
• Have strong proficiency in GOSU (minimum 2 years)
• Have solid experience in messaging and integration development (REST/SOAP)
• Have hands-on experience with version control and agile methodologies
• Have a proven track record in DevOps and CI/CD for Guidewire-based applications
• Be comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional team environment
• Have excellent communication in English (B2–C1 level)
• Have a work permit to work from EU

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of a large Guidewire ClaimCenter and ContactManager team
• Work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, implement, and integrate Guidewire CC/CM solutions
• Help build robust, scalable insurance claims features while enabling seamless integrations across systems and ensuring platform stability and maintainability

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Have knowledge of ACE or familiarity with configuration best practices
• Have understanding of data migration and archival strategies within Guidewire
• Have Java development background
