Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting, ideally in a tech or high-growth environment
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or local GAAP, and experience with audit processes
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, Power BI)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Ideally experience from Big Four Accounting firms
• Passion for sports and technology is a plus
