Join Learnlight, an EdTech company, as the Head of Account Management, UKI & France, reporting to the Head of Sales. This remote, full-time position focuses on driving revenue growth and client satisfaction within the B2B market. You will implement upselling and cross-selling strategies, provide leadership and coaching to the team, build strong client relationships, manage client portfolios, maintain sales pipelines and forecasts, and collaborate with other teams. The role requires 5+ years of experience in Account Management, advanced English and French proficiency, and a solid understanding of the EdTech sector. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management
- Advanced proficiency in English and French
- Solid understanding of the learning ecosystem, digital education tools, and client needs within the EdTech sector
- Skilled at fostering trust with clients and stakeholders across various levels, ensuring long-term partnerships and strategic alignment
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, deal-closing, account planning, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent time management, CRM proficiency, and a data-informed approach to strategy development and forecasting
Responsibilities
- Implement effective upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies; support the team in closing key deals and securing renewals through strategic planning and negotiation
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities while driving best practices in client management and team performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high service quality, issue resolution, and long-term satisfaction
- Oversee fair distribution and management of client portfolios; lead execution of client projects aligned with business goals
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts in CRM systems; provide timely and insightful reports to senior leadership, tracking budget estimates versus actuals
- Partner with Client Success, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Product teams to align strategies and ensure smooth transitions; promote a culture of collaboration and best practice sharing within the team
