Requirements
- Substantial experience in an operational leadership role, within the regulated iGaming industry
- Strong working knowledge of compliance, player operations, and marketing in online casino environments
- Demonstrated success in building and optimizing cross-functional processes
- Strategic mindset with the ability to deep-dive into operational details
- Strong people leader with experience managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams
- Great organisational skills and ability to follow multiple threads at the same time
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Drive to success of our B2C branch (P&L, KPIs, strategy)
- Lead and develop our B2C marketing team (VIP, CRM, Casino)
- Lead and develop our player operations teams
- Champion data-informed initiatives that generate measurable value
- Identify and implement process improvements across all B2C operational functions
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Promote and coordinate training and development programs for the B2C team
- Monitor industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge
