Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a copy-based creative role (Agency experience preferred but not essential)
- A portfolio of work that shows your thinking and craft (which we will treat with discretion)
- An eye for detail—you set high standards for your copy and expect the same of others
- Experience of working in B2B marketing is great, but B2C works too
- A collaborative spirit and the confidence to own the room — with colleagues and clients alike
- The ability to simplify the complex and make it impactful
- Comfort switching between campaign thinking and day-to-day content — and doing both well
- A keen sense of how creativity shows up across different platforms — and what makes ideas stick
Responsibilities
- Lead creative projects from ideation to execution
- Hold client relationships from a creative standpoint—presenting work, leading conversations, and offering creative input
- Help the client and the teams they work with simplify (sometimes very) complex information
- Craft bold, original concepts—and deliver them across a range of B2B communications; from brand awareness campaigns to account-based marketing
- Own your ideas and advocate for them, with a willingness to flex as required
- Generate ideas that: Are surprising and differentiating while still being relevant for the target audience Express the client proposition Are easy to understand and simply expressed Work in a non-written format
- Write in a style that: Uses wit, intelligence and lateral thinking Takes complex business jargon and translates it into everyday language Is easy and enjoyable to read and structured in a way that makes it engaging Is appropriate to the audience, the medium and conforms to brand requirements Is accurate and checked for spelling, grammar and syntax
- You may occasionally be asked to support with proofreading the work of your copy peers
