Head of Campaign Management and Ad Operations

Summary

The job involves leading campaign management and ad operations teams, organizing teamwork, maximizing project margins, overseeing media monitoring, resolving issues, providing feedback for product development, and supporting clients. The candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in social, media, ad agencies or digital consultancy companies, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years working experience in social, media, ad agencies, or digital consultancy companies and at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Proven experience in leading demand generation programs and delivering measurable results for B2C
• Familiar with social media platforms, KOL & community handling, and events management
• Proficient in English speaking and written language preferred

Responsibilities

• Independently lead the campaign management and ad operations teams
• Organize teamwork, create a balanced work schedule and ensure people are able to deliver results
• Maximizes margins achieved from every project, ensuring forecasts are always met in the agreed time period
• Oversee and quality control of media monitoring, proof of performance, campaign optimization, and post-analysis to ensure client objectives are met
• Resolving campaign issues in a timely and productive manner, and identifying and implementing process improvements
• Providing feedback to our product to help us scale our advertising platform
• Support and maintain your client base to ensure a high-quality customer experience

• Excellent eye for detail
• Possess good time management skills to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Capable to execute basic MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Words, Google sheets, and Google slides
