Requirements

- Sound project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- A strategic thinker who is business outcome focussed
- Experience in defining new strategies and developing execution plans
- The ability to lead effectively whilst creating a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams and rolling sleeves up where necessary
- Ability to transform complexity into simplicity for different audiences and flex up and down accordingly
- Ability to embrace new challenges and deal with a level of ambiguity and lack of clarity, whilst continuing to effectively lead, guide and influence
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage organisational change, process improvements and transformation programmes that may be driven by a new proposition, a technology enabler or new client demand
- Ensure that projects meet objectives on time and deliver the required business outcomes that come from the 3 year strategy
- Lead DCA in embracing change whilst supporting each function to maintain operational excellence
- Identify and prioritise transformation opportunities that drive operational efficiency, enhance patient experiences, and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute transformation projects effectively
- Lead and mentor a team to foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability within the team
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives
- Develop and execute communication plans to keep all colleagues informed about changes and their impact on the organisation
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change and transformation initiatives
- Ensure that all changes and transformation efforts comply with any regulatory requirements and mitigate risks associated with change implementation
- Develop and manage the budget for change and transformation projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and accountabilities for budgetary control
- Own the overall governance model for managing demand, approving change and prioritisation
