Summary

Join Sirona Medical as its first Client & Internal Enablement leader to build a strategic learning function from the ground up, starting with client enablement and expanding into internal enablement as the company grows. This foundational leadership role shapes how customers onboard, adopt, and gain value from the platform, later scaling that excellence internally. You will partner cross-functionally to develop scalable education programs driving customer enablement, product adoption, regulatory adherence, and workforce development, all aligned with Sirona’s mission of transforming radiology. This role requires building a digital learning ecosystem and developing learning paths for various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in client enablement, learning & development, or performance strategy, including 5+ in leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success building enablement or L&D infrastructure from scratch — especially for external (customer-facing) audiences
  • Experience designing education for clinical, technical, or healthcare SaaS users
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, digital learning tools, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Executive-level communication and strategic leadership in a high-growth or startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch Sirona’s first customer-facing enablement strategy to support successful client onboarding, workflow adoption, and long-term engagement
  • Build scalable learning programs tailored to clinical end-users, administrators, and operational stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure enablement is embedded into product launches and platform growth
  • Deliver measurable outcomes in client activation, satisfaction, and product utilization
  • Stand up Sirona’s first digital learning ecosystem (e.g., LMS, content authoring tools, performance tracking)
  • Develop modular, role-based learning paths and customer training assets that scale with our platform and client base
  • Introduce structured frameworks to support internal and external enablement, including compliance and clinical education
  • Define Sirona’s internal L&D strategy across functions including Engineering, Clinical, Product, GTM, and Customer Success
  • Create programs that accelerate onboarding, reinforce role clarity, support performance, and nurture leadership development
  • Partner with department leaders to identify key learning needs and continuously evolve enablement offerings
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on enablement impact, team capability, and performance development
  • Build and lead a high-functioning enablement team, starting lean but growing as the business scales
  • Establish enterprise metrics for both client and internal learning adoption, engagement, and ROI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in healthcare SaaS, clinical technology, or regulated environments preferred
  • Familiarity with radiology workflows, clinical compliance, or informatic preferred
  • Experience designing training programs for external healthcare users (radiologists, technologists, admins) preferred
  • Knowledge of adaptive learning, AI-based tools, or analytics-driven content delivery preferred
