Summary

Re:Car is hiring a Head of Creative to lead the creative team and drive the creative vision for multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have a mastery of creative design, brand identity, art direction, campaign creation, social content creation, and event guidance with an ideas first mentality.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience, 5+ leading a team of creatives
• Proven experience as a Head of Creative, Creative Director or in a similar leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns
• Expertise in graphic design, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong conceptual thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams
• Knowledge of current design trends, technologies, and best practices

Responsibilities

• Drive the creative vision for multiple projects from concept through completion to support company goals and efforts
• Set and uphold a high bar of quality across the entire organization
• Lead and inspire the team while jumping in to get your hands dirty as needed
• Oversee and guide creation of assets, campaigns and design elements to support campaigns, social, brand, design
• Manage project schedule and timing in partnership with broader marketing organizations
• Collaborate closely with Production and Studio to execute creative vision
• Be an idea machine – when partnered with social, brand and growth marketing leads, be an idea and concept generating mind that can meld goals with creative output that is deeply customer first
