Summary
Join Uplift, a dynamic global talent search agency, to become the Head of Lifecycle Marketing/CRM for a fast-growing European fintech company. You will lead retention, engagement, and monetization efforts across the customer base, reporting to the CMO. Responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy, leading CRM efforts using platforms like Braze, Salesforce, or HubSpot, and building a high-performing CRM/lifecycle marketing team. You will collaborate with Product and Sales teams to optimize onboarding flows and design revenue-generating campaigns. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with data-driven segmentation, and excellent cross-functional communication. Success in this position will involve improving key performance indicators such as retention, churn, and customer lifetime value.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing within digital environments—ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B/B2C
- Expertise in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot)
- Proven track record in leading lifecycle programs that improve retention, reduce churn, and drive revenue
- Strong analytical skills with experience building segments and customer scoring models; comfortable using data to guide strategy and testing
- Ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy, covering onboarding, engagement, retention, upsell, and cross-sell
- Lead CRM efforts using platforms like Braze, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Build segmentation and scoring models to enable personalized, high-impact campaigns
- Build and scale a CRM/lifecycle marketing team, driving a culture of experimentation, data-first thinking, and continuous learning
- Collaborate with Product and Sales to create onboarding flows that activate users and drive product adoption
- Design and execute upsell, cross-sell, and promotional campaigns (e.g., limited-time offers, seasonal events) that increase customer lifetime value
- Manage lifecycle communications across email, push, in-app, and product notifications to engage users at the right time and place
- Track campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimize continuously based on data insights to improve KPIs like retention, churn, and CLTV
- Build data-driven segmentation frameworks and scoring models to identify key personas, behaviors, and opportunities
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Data teams to align lifecycle programs with product updates and business goals
