Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery, ensuring high quality. Create and maintain design systems for rapid execution and consistency. Rapidly onboard to TRM’s product and business to deliver value within 90 days. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about creating scalable design engines and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

• A proven track record of success leading product design efforts at fast-paced startups with world-class products
• Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma for design execution and Notion for documentation and collaboration
• A self-starter who thrives on fast execution and demonstrates a high degree of ownership
• Strong ability to develop scalable design systems and align them with cross-functional goals
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with diverse teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and wireframing to prototyping and delivery, ensuring a high standard of quality across all touchpoints
• Create and maintain design systems, workflows, and tools that enable rapid execution and consistency as we scale
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align on shared goals and deliver user-centric solutions that also drive business impact
• Champion user-centered design across the organization, influencing product strategy and fostering a high-performance design ethos
• Rapidly onboard to TRM’s product and business to begin delivering value within the first 90 days
