Join ELEKS Talent Management Office as an HR Manager in Ukraine, Poland, or Croatia! You will be responsible for managing the company's HR systems, ensuring employee professional growth, and fostering a positive work environment. The role involves organizing onboarding, conducting interviews, maintaining HR records, advising managers and employees, and developing HR initiatives. You will collaborate with department heads and resource managers to address personnel matters and improve HR processes. This position requires 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in IT, advanced English, and a university degree (psychology preferred). Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR management (preferably in the IT field)
- Advanced level of English
- University degree, Psychology preferably

Responsibilities
- Organization and holding of the general adaptation of new specialists in the company
- Planning, organizing and monitoring specialists, according the defined procedures and deadlines
- Organizing and conducting internal interviews of the company specialists
- Organizing and conducting outgoing interviews of specialists who are exempt from the company
- Timely and proper maintenance of HR records and HR processes database updating
- Informing, advising and training all levels of managers on matters related to the personnel management of the company
- Advising of specialists on matters relating to their professional development, solving non-standard situations
- Creating and maintaining an effective cooperation with the heads of departments, PMs for the purpose of realization of the most effective performance of the companyβs objectives and ensuring the interests of specialists
- Conducting regular meetings with heads of departments and resource manager in order to resolve current issues related to personnel (quantity, qualification, compensation, career advancement)
- Informing company specialists about the changes, implementation of the new HR procedures, processes, etc
- Conducting individual/team consultations, trainings, coaching according to the identified needs
- The development and implementation of various HR researches/ surveys according to the company needs
- Making suggestions on possible improvement of HR processes and procedures based on the analysis of the current situation in the company, the market situation, monitoring results and competency matrices, etc
- Performance of management assignments related to the main activities of HR manager, but not specified in this job profile
- Monitoring of the team states and specialists states inside these teams to identify and prevent risks and their consequences (dismissal, professional burnout, conflicts, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
