Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or a related role in the tech industry, within the blockchain or cryptocurrency space
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and Ethereum-based solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in community building and engagement
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

  • Developer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with developers
  • Community Building: Develop and execute strategies to grow and nurture a vibrant developer community around Arbitrum
  • Documentation and Education: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, and resources to help developers integrate with Arbitrum seamlessly
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from developers and relay it to our product and engineering teams
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology, particularly in the Ethereum ecosystem
  • Advocacy: Serve as a passionate advocate for Arbitrum within the developer community and at industry events
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to align developer outreach with our strategic goals
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze developer engagement metrics to measure the impact of developer relations efforts. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with open-source software development practices is a plus
