Summary
Join Tellent's DevOps team and lead a team of engineers in shaping the future of their platform. You will define and implement the DevOps roadmap, design and maintain cloud infrastructure, automate processes, and establish monitoring solutions. This role requires proven leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, and extensive experience in DevOps, cloud platforms, and CI/CD tools. Requirements
- Proven leadership experience, managing and mentoring DevOps teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on automation and efficiency
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, ensuring alignment across teams
- Ability to adapt and evolve DevOps practices in response to changing business needs
- Extensive experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Practice in orchestrating tools (Kubernetes, ECS)
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI
- Familiarity with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD
- Deep understanding of monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- Knowledge of security best practices, IAM policies, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Go, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and automation
- Define and implement the DevOps roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability
- Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for system visibility and incident response
- Drive standardization across infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security
- Act as first-line incident response, minimizing downtime and ensuring resilience
- Research and implement cutting-edge DevOps tools to enhance performance and security
