Join us as the Head of Digital, where you'll spearhead and oversee our digital business, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and innovation. As a strategic leader, you'll provide inspirational leadership, ensure team development, and manage P&L for digital businesses.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CDO or in a similar senior digital leadership role
  • Prior start-up experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years' experience managing an E-Commerce team and activities, including site merchandising, content coordination, UX testing, analytics, and platform development
  • Experience with 3rd party tools for site merchandising, reporting, A/B testing, and email
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans
  • Deep understanding of financial strategies and finance-related performance metrics
  • Proven track record of successfully managing P&L for digital businesses, with a strong focus on revenue and profit growth
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, SEM, social media, and e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Demonstrated understanding of web design/development concepts and processes, and industry best practices for E-Commerce
  • Multi-channel retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational leadership and direction, ensuring the continued development and management of a high-performing team
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role, exploring innovative digital strategies, taking calculated risks, and driving transformative change within the company
  • Serve as the key communicator of our digital vision, articulating strategies and progress to executives, board members, and stakeholders
  • Develop short- and long-term growth plans and financial budgets to determine and meet business goals
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve key onsite metrics, margin, and overall profitability
  • Spearhead the annual E-Commerce plan, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Own the digital product roadmap and ensure that resources are constantly allocated to the highest performing areas
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that meet the Company's aspirations and financial goals
  • Identify and evaluate digital opportunities that drive and create competitive advantages and enhance customer value
  • Lead best-in-class acquisition and retention functions that drive the continued growth of the organization
  • Develop a coordinated effort across the organization to ensure that cross functional resources are aligned on achieving results
  • Balance growth and profitability to deliver results
  • Own the execution of site design, product hierarchy, site content, site merchandising, site functionality, and site performance
  • Harness the power of site analytics to monitor key metrics and guide data-driven decision making
  • Oversee and optimize our Amazon business, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing sales potential
  • Partner cross functionally with operations, merchandising, and customer service to deliver on customer expectations
  • Instill a customer focused mindset – keeping the customer at the center of the digital strategies
