Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management with a proven track record of launching and managing digital products across the product lifecycle
  • B2B Product Expertise: Experience building and scaling B2B products, ideally in industries such as biotech, industrial construction, or real estate development
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices
  • Outsourced Team Management: Experience working with outsourced developers, designers, and external resources to ensure high-quality product delivery
  • Hands-on Attitude: Willingness to dive into the details, including code or design, to ensure successful product execution
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making with the ability to track and improve key product metrics

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategy aligned with Synonym’s goals, focusing on identifying market opportunities and taking products from 0 to 1
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, driving development of products in collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless business integration
  • Work closely with sales to develop monetization and pricing strategies that align with market demand and company goals
  • Analyze key performance indicators and leverage data to improve product performance, enhance user experience, and address both internal and external needs
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure products meet customer and internal efficiency needs
  • Design cohesive customer journeys across all products for a consistent and user-friendly experience
  • Manage external resources and occasionally dive into the code, while leading a small, scrappy team to ensure successful execution
  • Manage data harmonization across platforms to optimize internal processes and enhance product value

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
