• Minimum of 7 years in full-stack software engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, NodeJS, SQL, and Git
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across various functions and time zones
• Proven track record in building and leading high-performing engineering teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced environment
