Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Accounting
• 15+ years of post-qualification finance experience
• Hands-on mindset, startup-oriented approach
• Pragmatic and strong priority management
• Excellent communication skills for business collaboration in English

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and ensure financial reporting accuracy
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, German GAAP, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee financial statement preparation and internal controls
• Align financial operations with company strategy and leadership
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team
• Coordinate external stakeholders, like auditors
• Drive automation and efficiency in financial processes
