Join Juro's Finance team as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leader and transform our financial strategy. You will improve decision-making through data-driven insights, drive business performance with accurate budgets and forecasts, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation. This role involves building and managing complex financial models, presenting to executives and investors, and collaborating with non-finance teams. We offer a choice-first work approach with full remote work flexibility from day one and a competitive salary of approximately £90,000-£100,000 plus equity. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with a professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACA, or FCA) and experience in a scaling, VC-backed SaaS business. Requirements
- You’ve put your professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACA or FCA) to use for at 5+ years
- You worked in a scaling, VC-backed SaaS business
- You’ve proactively and independently established and driven an FP&A function
- You used ERP systems like Netsuite + specialised FP&A software on the daily
- You’ve built and managed complex financial models — incl. budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
Responsibilities
- Improve Juro’s decision making through data-driven insights and analysis, enabling better informed and strategic decisions
- Drive business performance through realistic and achievable budgets, forecasts, and financial plans that align with business objectives
- Identify and eliminate unnecessary costs, improving profitability and efficiency
- Optimise capital and resource allocation to maximise return on investment
- Build an FP&A function that doesn’t just crunch numbers but drives decisions
