Join Pleo's rapidly growing FP&A team as a Senior Analyst and contribute to the company's ambitious growth goals. You will leverage your 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to senior management and the board. Responsibilities include leading reporting cadences, participating in budgeting processes, identifying growth drivers, and contributing to cross-team projects. Strong communication, analytical, and business acumen skills are essential. Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in strategic or commercial finance, reporting & analytics function, financial services, or management consulting
- High commercial awareness and understanding of business environment
- Strong communication skills to drive engagement with executive level management, investors and board of directors, with a high focus on attention to detail, accuracy and consistency of messaging
- Ability to operate in a fast paced hyper growth environment and manage ambiguity
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor or masters degree in a relevant field and / or a professional accounting qualification
Responsibilities
- Drive communication of business performance and key insights to group management and Pleoโs board and investors by leading reporting cadences
- Take a lead role in annual budgeting processes and in investment case assessment to drive efficient resource allocation and prioritisation outcomes
- Contribute to identifying key growth and efficiency drivers within Pleo and defining KPIs to measure these through both leading and lagging indicators
- Be a key contributor to cross team projects aimed at analysing and evaluating internal and external business dynamics and improving performance
- Own financial models to provide senior management with the insight needed to make key decisions on business investments and strategy
- Drive historical analysis to provide actionable recommendations on ways to improve investment allocations, strategic goals and cross business alignment

Experience in either Fintech or SaaS businesses
