Summary

Join Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company, as a Corporate FP&A Lead. Reporting to the Head of Corporate FP&A, you will be responsible for supporting the corporate financial planning and analysis function. You will develop financial models, create reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in high-growth companies, and a proven ability to influence decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS businesses. This position is open to East Coast candidates, with a preference for Washington, D.C., and the NY Metro Area.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years in strategic/corporate finance at a high growth company and/or investment banking, with extensive experience in financial modeling and creating polished presentation materials
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated success in building strong, collaborative working relationships with cross-functional business partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence and effectively synthesize key findings and trends into actionable insights
  • Process oriented with a focus on developing and implementing scalable solutions and systems in a hyper-growth, fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and long range planning processes and consolidated 3-statement financial model, ensuring alignment with the Company’s strategic priorities and objectives
  • Develop financial and operating analytics and reporting packages/presentations to facilitate the review cadence with leadership team, identifying insights, risks and opportunities to optimize financial performance and drive accountability
  • Collaborate with accounting, HR, systems and operations teams to invest in scalable processes, systems, and tools, enhancing real-time visibility into operating and financial performance
  • Serve as the dedicated finance business partner to corporate functions, potentially including HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations
  • Assist with special projects and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support action-oriented decision making, including M&A, new products/markets, partnerships, and other business opportunities and initiatives
  • Partner with GTM, Fin Ops, Accounting and others to define, operationalize and manage Company-wide KPIs, ensuring data auditability and consistency between internal/external reporting
  • Prepare presentations, analyses, and reports for executive leadership, Board of Directors, and other investors/external stakeholders
