Lead and manage all new client implementations of our technology and support services, ensuring smooth onboarding. Drive strategic planning and partner with cross-functional teams to align services with client goals. Oversee data integrations and technical setup, delivering scalable solutions. Improve and document implementation workflows, increasing efficiency. Conduct annual planning to align client needs with our product roadmap. This remote position requires a natural problem-solver, a systems thinker, and a leader with operational rigor, focused on measurable impact. Experience in SaaS, professional services, HR tech, or related industries is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all new client implementations of our technology and support services, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience
• Drive strategic planning initiatives and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align services with client goals and technical capabilities
• Oversee data integrations and technical setup, working across systems and teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions
• Improve and document implementation workflows, reducing friction and increasing efficiency at every stage of the client journey
• Conduct annual planning processes that align evolving client needs with our product roadmap and service delivery models

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS, professional services, HR tech, or related industries preferred, but not required
