Operations Manager

Requirements

• Min. 5 years proven experience in managing and growing sales on Amazon marketplaces
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon PPC, keyword optimization, and ranking strategies
• Proficiency in using AI to develop and streamline SOPs
• Strong understanding of Amazon's operational and compliance requirements in North America and Europe
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with varying frequencies and priorities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a team to achieve common goals
• Experience with sales forecasting and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily sales performance in the USA, EU, UK, and CA marketplaces
• Drive initiatives to obtain and maintain "Best Seller" badges for our products. Track BSR lead daily and take action if competition is getting close
• Manage deal, coupon, and promotion strategies on a daily and weekly basis
• Improve Frequently Bought Together (FBT) positions on a weekly basis
• Assist with sales forecasting for all marketplaces on a weekly and monthly basis
• Track SQP data each week
• Oversee daily stock levels and make sure we are not under or overstocked
• Determine and adjust product pricing as needed, a high-priority task
• Provide Amazon data to other departments as required
• Flag to operations when we need to place new orders
